Responsibilities:
What are the care requirements of this client? Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Engagement Bathing/dressing Standby assistance Toileting Medication Reminders Hygiene/Grooming Assistance Notes:
Client has 1 large dog, but family will put the dog away until caregiver is comfortable.
Caregiver may need to use their own vehicle for transportation - family is in process of getting a new car.
Client has dementia, no new or violent TV.
Lives with long-time partner.
Requirements:
What is required from you? Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid ID or Driver's License Must be reliable
