This full-time, entry-level, multi-tasking role in a busy manufacturing department primarily focuses on:
Order fulfillment, as well as various tasks in and out of the roastery and warehouse in an efficient and safe manner.
Assist with coffee roasting and other general production-related duties.
Serve walk-in customers and providing a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful experience.
Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted.

Experience required:
None.
Some computer experience is a plus.
Coffee knowledge and enjoyment is a plus.
Must speak English.
Desired skills:
At least 18 years of age and legally employable in the United States, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good written communication, verbal presentation, and basic math skills, good computer skills, must have reliable transportation to work.
Ability to take direction and grow in leadership aspects of job duties.
Education level:
At least high school diploma or equivalent.
