The administrative assistant coordinates and provides high-quality administrative support to VP.
The Administrative Assistant will be compiling and analyzing data; as well as, preparing reports and forms.
Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant Document, track, and analyze data for all weekly VP reports.
Schedule and Conduct meetings to go over analysis and results.
Data Entry Scheduling for VP Assist with Staff Assist in tracking and overseeing the departments the VP manages Willingness to learn new techniques and skills to streamline the processes of the operations Qualifications for Administrative Assistant Associate degree required or equivalent work experience.
2 years minimum experience in administrative support/operational functions Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
Bilingual Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key management and leadership team.
