Must meet all qualifications of orientation, including but not limited to current CPR/First Aid certification Must have at least One (1) year of experience working as a Recovery Advocate or Tech in a Substance Use (drug & alcohol) Treatment Setting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
The employee must not have more than five points or a DWI/DUI within the last five years and a current Texas driver's license with no restrictions Experience working in settings at high risk for crises with individuals and families.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Solid organizational skills Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer skills Commitment to maintain confidentiality Understanding of the Company's mission and culture and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with staff and clients in all circumstances High school diploma Job Type:
