This highly motivated individual will create client satisfaction through quality and efficient work practices.
The Commercial Account Manager will have a portfolio to manage with emphasis on quality control, client satisfaction and retention.
The Commercial Account Manager must be familiar with all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance and installation to include:
sales, production, customer service, estimating, etc.
Responsibilities:
Client and Property visits:
Oversee $500K - $1.
2M of commercial maintenance projects annually Conducts monthly walk-thru with client to ensure quality control; identifies and documents any/all discrepancies; ensures any/all discrepancies are 100% resolved Interfaces with client and ensures that all of client's concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner Provides written monthly report and files in customer file Attends monthly Board of Directors meetings Sales Responsibility:
Sells enhancements on properties Ensures that vendor pricing is competitive and accurate Prepares bids/proposals for enhancement work Presents all proposals/documents to client Maintain acceptable gross margins for contract and enhancement work Production interaction:
Communicate with production managers on a daily basis Interact with production managers to ensure that client needs are being met and exceeded Ensures that jobs are kept on schedule with a high level of quality control Skill set and education requirements:
Previous experience in commercial landscape maintenance production, installation and sales experience An Associate's degree or better (preferable in the Green Industry) and a Certified Landscape Professional certification (CLP) A valid TX driver's license and must be insurable on company's insurance policy Possess excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel Possesses excellent computer skills Proficient in typing and capable of typing 40 WPM with less than three mistakes Able to make effective presentations to clients and sell commercial enhancement projects Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus Job Type:
